The Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC) invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer.

The Chief Executive Officer has overall executive responsibility for ensuring that SPTC delivers on its vision, mission and strategic objectives.

This position requires a person of integrity with strong leadership and strategic planning skills, together with strong knowledge of public transportation and related infrastructure planning.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a leading role in the continued evolution of public transport in Seychelles and make a positive contribution to the country.

Responsibilities
  • Provide overall executive leadership and direction to SPTC.
  • Ensure that the Corporation delivers on its vision, mission and strategic objectives.
  • Lead the strategic planning and continued development of public transportation services.
  • Guide the evolution of public transport and related infrastructure planning in Seychelles.
  • Promote the provision of an efficient, adequate and economical public transport system for the general public.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity, accountability and organisational leadership.
Qualifications
  • A person of integrity with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Strong strategic planning skills.
  • Strong knowledge of public transportation.
  • Knowledge of related infrastructure planning.
  • Ability to provide executive leadership and guide the Corporation in achieving its strategic objectives.
