The Minister responsible for Transport provides national policy direction and strategic oversight for the transport sector, ensuring that public transport services align with the Government’s vision for sustainable mobility, economic development, and the needs of the people of Seychelles.
Working closely with SPTC, the Ministry supports initiatives that strengthen public transport infrastructure, improve service delivery, and promote innovation and environmental sustainability.
Board of Directors
The SPTC Board of Directors is responsible for providing strategic guidance, corporate governance, and oversight of the Corporation’s operations. The Board works to ensure that SPTC fulfils its mandate efficiently, responsibly, and in the best interests of the public.
Together, the Board provides leadership that supports sound decision-making, financial stewardship, operational excellence, and the long-term development of public transport services throughout Seychelles.
